Customer Satisfaction

We continuously collect feedback through customer feedback kiosks and surveys.

We use the Net Promoter Score (NPS) to measure how likely our customers are to recommend our services on a scale from 0 to 10. The score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors (0–6) from the percentage of promoters (9–10). The result ranges from -100 to +100, and a score above 50 is considered excellent.

Below you can see our current NPS from the past 30 days.

Northern Finland Collaborative Area

Finland is divided into five social and health care collaborative areas. Each wellbeing services county belongs to one of these areas, and every collaborative area includes a university hospital.

Oulu University Hospital and the wellbeing services county of North Ostrobothnia (Pohde) are part of the Northern Finland Collaborative Area, which also includes the wellbeing services counties of Kainuu, Central Ostrobothnia, and Lapland.

The collaborative areas are responsible for coordinating, developing, and facilitating cooperation in the organisation of social and health care services across their respective regions. The wellbeing services counties within each area establish a cooperation agreement for each council term to ensure effective division of responsibilities and collaboration. The coordination of activities within the collaborative area is one of the responsibilities of the university hospital in the area.
